(7) PUBLIC COMMENT (TIME CERTAIN 9:30 A.M.) None. (8) PRESENTATIONS None. (9) OLD BUSINESS This is the second meeting on the Sea Turtle Ordinance review. The previous meeting covered the attached draft pages 1-7. At this meeting, the Committee will review the rest of the draft and make a recommendation to City Council for the January meeting. Stacey Gallagher, Rachel Tighe with Sea Turtle Conservancy and the Committee members discussed time and alteration of exterior lighting and/or replacement of glass or glazing. Committee members discussed and made some changes to the Sea Turtle Ordinance. (10) NEW BUSINESS None. (11) COMMITTEE COMMUNICATIONS None.
