(2) NEW MEMBER INTRODUCTION The Committee welcomed New Member David Leaser. (3) ROLL CALL Present: 6- Member Cummings, Member Eby, Member Kramer, Member Leaser, Vice-Chair Tobin and Chair Connelly Absent: 1- Member Nesmith Also Present Andrew Kirlan, Former BAC Committee Member City Staff: Timothy Pinter, Public Works Director Martin Luna, Video / Broadcast Technician Tracey Barnett, Administrative Assistant for Public Works (4) BUSINESS - DISCUSSION OF BAC WEBSITE REVIEW ID 21-1619 Discussion to update the BAC Website The goal of the Workshop was to reevaluate the BAC website, and to bring cohesive flow to the past achievements and future initiatives of the BAC Committee. Director Pinter suggested using the original Resolution, approved by the City Council, as the basis for updating the Mission Statement, and he gave the Committee some guidance as to what could and could not be changed on it's webpages. Member Cummings took the lead on the conversation for each element of the website. After extensive discussion, the Committee identified possible resolutions for each website topic area. Member Leaser will lead the task of reorganizing of the Committee's webpage. More current information will be provided to the City Staff to update the page. Mr. Andrew Kirlan, former member of the BAC, shared some of his knowledge and insight to help the Committee move forward. The Committee members will work individually and will report to the next meeting with their updates.
