(10) NEW BUSINESS
a. Collier Blvd Irrigation – Chair Woodworth
A citizen took a picture that shows the water irrigation on Collier Blvd watering excessively outside of
the boundaries. Chair Woodworth feels like this is wasting clean and recycled water. Jason will look
into the situation. Member Martin suggested into looking into a smart wi-fi based irrigation system that
helps regulate the irrigation system. Member Martin provided the example that if it rains the system
will override and cancel a schedule sprinkler time so it doesn't over water.
b. Navigational Markers – Member Martin
Member Martin announced that there is 2 Navigational markers surrounding the Island. Member Martin
proposed that he gets in someone to come to the next meeting to discuss in detail about the
importance of it.
c. Derelict Vessel Propulsion Test-Member Trotter
Member Trotter made a request to change the discussion item to "At Risk" Vessel's since that goes
more in depth of what he'd like to talk about.
