. City of Margaret June 18, 2019 6:05 P.M. In attendance: Councilman Chapman, Councilman Carter, Councilman Ray, Mayor Pro-Tem McIntyre, and Mayor Howard Absent: Councilman Perry Prayer: Councilman Ray Mayor Howard called Meeting to order Discussion Mayor Howard asked for approval of minutes for June11, 2019. Councilman Chapman made the Motion to approve minutes for June 11, 2019. Councilman Ray seconded the Motion. Motion passed unanimously. Mayor Howard asked for report from Chief Smith. Chief Smith informed the Council that the Margaret Police Department had 93 citations, 13 FTA arrest, and 4 New arrests. David Parrish gave his reports for the Fire Department and Public Works Department. Mayor Howard informed the Council that Charles Pendley had some plats to be approved for Woodland Ridge. Mayor Pro-Tem McIntyre made the Motion to approve Charles Pendley’s Plat for Black Creek Trail. Councilman Chapman seconded the Motion. The Motion passed unanimously. Mayor Pro-Tem McIntyre made the Motion to adjourn. The Motion was seconded by Councilman Chapman.
