GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WISCONSIN Special Meeting Minutes, Organizational Meeting, April 25, 2023 - Village Hall The special meeting of the Village Board, for the Village of Marquette, was called to order by President Cybul at 5:02 p.m. Roll Call: President - Art Cybul - present Trustee - Peter Michalos - present Trustee - Tony Deiss - present Clerk - Christina Garry - present Treasurer - Paula Gilbertson - not present There was 1 citizen in attendance. Certification of Compliance with the Open Meetings Law: Agenda notice was posted in three public places - Village Hall door, kiosks at the Post Office and Truck Garage, also posted on the Village Website and emailed to Berlin Journal Newspapers. A motion to approve the agenda was made, Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (Unanimous). Review Organizational/ Key Chart- Assign duties: The duties were assigned to Board Members and were given to Board Members. The assignment of the keys was handed out. After discussion, a motion was made to approve the changes to the Organizational Chart. Deiss/Michalos. Motion passed. {Unanimous). Finish BOR Training DVD’s: The Village Board watched the BOR Training and finished by taking the test after. Christina will complete the affidavit for the DOR. No action taken. Motion to adjourn at 6:40 p.m. Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (Unanimous).
