GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WISCONSIN Special Meeting Minutes, Organizational Meeting, April 24, 2024 - Village Hall The special meeting of the Village Board, for the Village of Marquette, was called to order by President Cybul at 6:12 p.m. Roll Call: President - Art Cybul - present. Trustee - Peter Michalos - present Trustee - Tony Deiss - present Clerk - Sue Geraldi - present. Treasurer - Paula Gilbertson - present There was one citizen in attendance. Certification of Compliance with the Open Meetings Law: Agenda notice was posted in three public places - Village Hall door, kiosks at the Post Office and Truck Garage, also posted on the Village Website/ A motion to approve the agenda was made, Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (Unanimous). Review Organizational/ Key Chart- Assign duties: The duties were assigned to Board Members and were given to Board Members. After discussion, a motion was made to approve the changes to the Organizational Chart. Deiss/Michalos. Motion passed. {Unanimous). Finish BOR Training DVD’s: The Village Board watched the BOR Training and finished by taking the test after. Sue Geraldi will complete the affidavit for the DOR. No action taken. The clerk will review the Ethics Training CD later. Motion to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (Unanimous).
