GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WISCONSIN Special Meeting Minutes, September 14, 2024 - Village Hall The special meeting of the Village Board, for the Village of Marquette, was called to order by President Cybul at 10:00 am Roll Call: President - Art Cybul- present. Trustee - Peter Michalos- present Trustee - Tony Deiss- present Clerk - Sue Geraldi - present. Treasurer - Paula Gilbertson- absent 2 citizens present Certification of Compliance with the Open Meetings Law: Agenda notice was posted in three public places - Village Hall door, kiosks at the Post Office and Truck Garage, also posted on the Village Website. A motion to approve the agenda was made. Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (Unanimous) Discuss/Approve: Rescind approval to purchase bricks utilizing Oberreich funds due to conflicts of interest. The motion to rescind the approval of memorial bricks was made. Deiss/Michalos. Motion passed. (Unanimous) Discuss an approve if we should return Oberreich donation. The donation has been on the Village books for over ten years and due to conflicts over these years on how to spend these monies the motion was made to return the donation to the Oberreich Foundation. Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (Unanimous) Adjourn The meeting was adjourned at 10:18 am. Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. (Unanimous)
