FINANCE AND PURCHASING COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
September 23, 2025 at 6:20 PM
303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI
1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Finance and Purchasing Committee Meeting was called to order on
September 23, 2025, at 6:20 p.m. by Secretary Barb Hoilien. Members present were Barb Hoilien
and Vivian Gabower. Also present were Mayor Darryl Teske, City Administrator Daron Haugh, and
Deputy Clerk Carole Wolff.
2. Minutes: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Gabower, to approve the September 9, 2025 minutes.
Motion carried by voice vote.
3. Appointment of Chair: Motion by Gabower, seconded by Hoilien, to appoint Gabower to Chair.
Motion carried by voice vote.
4. Vouchers: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Gabower, to recommend Council approval of the
vouchers in the Amount of $529,464.27. Motion carried by voice vote.
5. Mauston Police Vehicle Replacement Quote: Motion by Gabower, seconded by Hoilien, to
recommend Council approval of the Police Vehicle Replacement Quote from Ewald Automotive
Group in the Amount of $47,532.00. Motion carried by voice vote.
6. Pay App #1: Motion by Gabower, seconded by Hoilien, to approve Pay App #1 for the Library
Renovation Project to Market & Johnson in the Amount of $31,080.45. Motion carried by voice
vote.
7. Adjourn: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Gabower, to adjourn. Motion carried by voice vote.
