FINANCE AND PURCHASING COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
November 25, 2025 at 6:25 PM
303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI
1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Finance and Purchasing Committee Meeting was called to order on
November 25, 2025, at 6:26 p.m. by Chair Vivian Gabower. Members present were Vivian
Gabower, Barb Hoilien, and Casey Radcliff. Also present were Mayor Darryl Teske, City
Administrator Daron Haugh, and Deputy Clerk Carole Wolff.
2. Minutes: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Radcliff, to approve the November 11, 2025 minutes.
Motion carried by voice vote.
3. Vouchers: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Radcliff, to recommend Council approve the vouchers
in the amount of $821,566.31. Motion carried by voice vote.
4. Pay App #3: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Radcliff, to recommend Council approve Pay App #3
to Market & Johnson in the amount of $259,402.77. Motion carried by voice vote.
5. Discussion and Recommendation Regarding the Microsoft 365 Conversion Pro Service
Fees from on Premise to the Cloud: Motion by Hoilien, seconded by Radcliff, to recommend
Council approve payment of $4,500 to proceed with the Microsoft 365 conversion to the Cloud. It
was noted that the $4,500 does not cover individual licenses, which will be an additional fee.
Motion carried by voice vote.
6. Adjourn: Motion by Gabower, seconded by Radcliff, to adjourn. Motion carried by voice vote.
