1. Call to Order/Roll Call - The Health, Welfare, and Sustainability Committee met on Tuesday,
October 2, 2024, at the Mauston City Hall 303 Mansion Street. Barb Hoilien called the meeting to
order at 10:00 a.m. Members present were Barb Hoilien, Mary Bender, and Donna
McGinley. Administrator Daron Haugh, Public Works Clerk Val Nelson, and Deputy Clerk Nicole
Lyddy were also present.
2. Minutes - The motion was made by McGinley and seconded by Bender to approve September 17,
2024 minutes. Motion carried.
3. Closed Session - Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) -- Taxi RFPs (Request for
Proposals) The motion was made by McGinley and seconded by Bender to go into closed
session. Motion carried 10:02 a.m.
4. Reconvene in Open Session - The motion was made by McGinley and seconded by Bender to
reconvene in open session. Motion carried at 10:44 a.m.
5. Results of Closed Session Matters - No acton taken
6. Adjourn - The motion was made by McGinley and seconded by Bender to adjourn. Motion carried
at 10:44 a.m.
