1. Call to Order/Roll Call
The Health, Welfare, and Sustainability Committee met on Tuesday, October 9, 2024, at the
Mauston City Hall 303 Mansion Street. Barb Hoilien called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
Members present were Barb Hoilien, Mary Bender, and Donna McGinley. Administrator Daron
Haugh, Public Works Clerk Val Nelson, and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy were also present.
2. Minutes:
a. The motion was made by McGinley and seconded by Bender to approve the October 2, 2024
minutes. Motion carried.
3. Closed Session: Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) in regards to the Taxi
RFPs. The motion was made by Bender and seconded by McGinley to go into closed
session. Motion carried at 10:03 pm.
4. Reconvene in Open Session
The motion was made by McGinley and seconded by Bender to go into open session. Motion
carried at 10:35 a.m.
5. Results of Closed Session Matters
no action taken
6. Adjourn
The motion was made by McGinley and seconded by Bender to adjourn. Motion carried at 10:35
a.m.
