Minutes of the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Board Meeting of October 10, 2013 A motion was made by Arnold, seconded by McGuire,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 12/3/2013. The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.
