Stonebridge Drive McKinney, Texas 75070 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Board Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Minutes - Final January 21, 2016 Advisory Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Board Meeting of December 10, 2015 A motion was made by Pereira, seconded by Moreno,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. DISCUSSION ITEMS Discuss Lifetime Tennis - The Courts 2015 Annual Report Discuss DWW Golf 2015 Annual Report REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council to Authorize the Interim City Manager to Execute a Contract with Wall Enterprises of Whitewright, Texas for the Construction of Ash Woods Park Bridge Project A motion was made by Dixon, seconded by Pereira,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
