THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

Meeting of October 12, 2017
A motion was made by Pelley, seconded by Szecsy,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.

Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council for a
Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional
Services Contract with Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc. of
Arlington, Texas for Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services
Related to the Master Planning of a 212 Acre Community Park Located
South of US380 and on Both Sides of Gray Branch Road
A motion was made by Szecsy, seconded by Delozier,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
