PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required
by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member
making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.

Meeting of November 9, 2017
A motion was made by Szecsy, seconded by Pelley,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.
REGULAR AGENDA
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council for a
Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Real Estate
Donation Contract for a Portion of Lot 1 Block A of the Park Central
Addition, Approximately 4 Acres
A motion was made by Pelley, seconded by Nance,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council for a

Cooper General Contractors of Plano, Texas, for the Construction of the
Gabe Nesbitt Tennis Center Expansion Project
A motion was made by Szecsy, seconded by Nance,that this Agenda Item be

City projects, awards, acknowledgments of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests of the
Director for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.

A motion was made by Pelley, seconded by Butler,that this be Adjourn . The
motion carried by the following vote.
