Stonebridge Drive McKinney, Texas 75070 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Board Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Minutes - Final August 9, 2018 Advisory Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Board Meeting of June 14, 2018 A motion was made by Nance, seconded by Thomas,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council for a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with JBI Partners, Inc. of Addison, Texas for Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Improvement of Finch Park. A motion was made by Delozier, seconded by Szecsy,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with DCBA Landscape Architecture of Plano, Texas for Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Design of a 10 Acre Neighborhood Park Located within the Prestwyck Subdivision A motion was made by Szecsy, seconded by Pelley,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. ADJOURN A motion was made by Butler, seconded by Szecsy,that this be Adjourn . The motion carried by the following vote.
