Phone Poll Ratification: Approve alternator repair at R & J Auto (Councilor McCollam-Verbal, Councilor Johnson-Verbal, Councilor Gatliff-Verbal) Approved 3-0 in favor, 1 no vote. Code Enforcement Officer Perry phone-polled the City Council September 5, 2024. The phone poll was rescinded due to error and reworded to: Per Recommendation of Commissioner McCollam: $1,000.00 per violation (155.006, 4.2.800) 181 E Court Drive (Councilor Johnson-Text, Councilor Baley Text, Councilor Gatliff Verbal, Mayor Guthrie-Text) Approved 3-0, 1 no vote, 1 recusal due to conflict of interest.
