NOTICE OF MEETING
The City of Mineral Wells Airport Advisory Board will meet June 4, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., using an online
meeting, to consider the following agenda :
In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by avoiding meetings that bring people in a group
setting, and in accordance with the Texas Governor's Declaration of Disaster enacted March 13, 2020,
members of the Airport Advisory Board may be participating remotely in compliance with the Texas
Open Meetings Act, as temporarily modified by the Texas Governor. Members of the public may

1. Call to Order
2. Consider Minutes of board meeting held on November 12, 2019 .
3. Consider the election of a board chair and vice cha ir for 2020 as required annually by City Code .
4. Report - City Council reappointment of Roger Smith, Robert Upham and Chuck Hamilton to the
board .
5. Consider Jeff Richichi hangar project.

6. Report - Lease of the 331 ft. by 384 ft. fenced area south of the Antenna Products bu ilding to
Pinnacle Logistics.
7. Discuss the urgent need for a new Mineral Wells Regional Airport Master Plan and the offer of
assistance from Kelvin Solco, former FAA Regional Administrator for the Southwest Region.
8. Consider proposed increases in T-hangar lease rates .
9. Report - Status of the asphalt surface rehabilitation project (crack seal/seal coat), and plan to
use City crack sealing equipment to maintain the rest of the airport asphalt surfaces.
10. Report - Recently-approved EPIC Fuels contract that includes a renovation of fuel farm
equipment and upgrade of our airport billing system.
11. Report - CARES funding of $69,000 for airport ma intenance and operations.
12 . Report - Texas UASWERX activities in 2020.
13. Discuss use of TxDOT Routine Airport Maintenance Program (RAMP) funding to support the
preservation of Runway 17/35 and the associated taxiways.
14. Adjournment
