Members Present: Evans, Jantzer, Olson, Pitner, Podrygula, Ross, Sipma Members Absent: None The City Council conducted interviews for the vacant City Manager position. 8:30 AM Charlene Stevens, of Gov HR described the process taking place that day. The Council took a brief recess at 8:34 AM 9:00 AM The City Council interviewed Harold Stewart by asking questions that were prepared by the recruiting firm, Gov HR. The interview concluded at 10:06 AM and was followed by a brief recess. The interview concluded at 11:17 AM and was followed by a brief recess. The Mayor was absent for the interview due to a conference call but returned at 11:59 AM. The interview concluded at 12:38 PM and was followed by a brief recess. The Mayor thanked everyone who participated in the interview process and the candidates for visiting Minot. He said the Council would take time to review their notes and the notes from the stakeholder interviews and will reconvene for discussion and make a decision in the next week.
