To the Honorable Mayor and All Aldermen: Following are the minutes of the Liquor/Gambling Control Committee meeting called to order at 4:48 p.m. on November 28, 2012: 1. That the City Council approve the request by Rensland Family Properties, LLC for a Domestic Winery alcoholic beverage sales license, dba Dakota Prairie Winery (710 31st Avenue SW, Suite 3), effective January 1, 2013. ********** The above motion by Alderman Connole, seconded by Alderman M. Miller, and carried unanimously. 2. That the City Council ratify the following administratively approved requests: a. Blue Line Club for a local permit to conduct raffle and bingo from December 1, 2012 to February 16, 2013 at the Maysa Arena (2501 E Burdick). b. MSU Men’s Hockey Club for a local permit to conduct raffle from November 10, 2012 to February 17, 2013 at the Maysa Arena (2501 E Burdick). c. Rehab Services Inc for a local permit to conduct raffle on December 22, 2012 at the Harmony Center (112 2nd Ave SW). d. Ebeneezer’s for a special event permit on December 15, 2012 at Parker Suites Center (21 1st Ave SE). ********** The above motion by Alderman Connole, seconded by Alderman M.
