Chairman Krabseth has requested that the City Council consider the agenda at its regular City Council meeting on August 5, 2013 as follows: 1. Pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, we are requesting ratification of the following administratively approved requests: a. Enbridge Pipelines United Way Committee for a local permit to conduct raffle on October 15, 2013 at Enbridge Pipelines (2505 16th St SW). b. North Dakota Peace Officers’ Association for a local permit to conduct raffle on August 14, 2013 at Sleep Inn (2400 10th St SW). c. North Dakota Conference of Social Welfare for a local permit to conduct raffle on September 27, 2013. d. Optimist Club of Minot for a local permit to conduct raffle on August 7, 2013. e. The Landing Bar & Bottle Shop for a special event permit on June 28, 2013 at Downtown Minot (various business locations). f. The Original Bar & Nightclub for a special event permit on July 29, 2013 at the parking lot of The Original Bar & Nightclub (720 N Broadway). g. The Pour Farm for a special event permit on July 14, 2013 at Maysa Arena (2501 W Burdick Expy). h. Staybridge Suites for a special event permit on August 6, 2013 at Hess (3015 16th St SW).
