Grand Hotel for a special event permit on September 16, 2013 at American Bank Center (2201 15th St SW). d. Little Flower Confraternity for a local permit to conduct raffle on November 11, 2013 at Little Flower Church (800 University Ave W). e. Zion Lutheran Church for a local permit to conduct raffle on October 26, 2013 at Zion Lutheran Church (1800 Hiawatha) f.
