The City Council approve the request Cookies for You, Inc., dba Cookies for You (117 South Main Street) for a Retail Beer and Wine License , effective September 3, 2014, subject to receipt of all documentation and approval by the Police Chief and Building Official. ********** The above motion by Alderman Connole, seconded by Alderman Berg and carried unanimously. 2. The City Council ratify the following administratively approved requests: a. North Dakota League of Cities for a local permit to conduct raffle on September 26, 2014 at Grand Hotel (1505 N Broadway). b. Souris River Brewing for a special event permit on August 22, 2014 at Souris River Brewing parking lot (32 3rd Street NE). c. 10 N Main for a special event permit on August 23, 2014 at Downtown Minot (Central Avenue to 1st Avenue SW). d. The Landing Bar for a special event permit on August 5, 2014 at McDonald’s (new South Broadway location). e. Carpi Bar for a special event permit from August 9, 2014 to August 24, 2014 at Capri Bar Patio (2030 Burdick Expy E). f. Minot Area Friends of NRA for a local permit to conduct raffle on September 13, 2014 at Grand Hotel (1505 N Broadway). g. Grand Hotel for a special event permit on September 5, 2014 at the Dakota Air Museum (100 34th Ave NE). h. Bishop Ryan Catholic School Boosters for a local permit to conduct raffle from September 12, 2014 to October 10, 2014 at Herb Parker Stadium (500 University Ave W). k. Bishop Ryan Catholic School Boosters for a local permit to conduct raffle on February 3, 2015 at Minot Municipal Auditorium (420 3rd Ave SW). ********** The above motion by Alderman Connole, seconded by Alderman Berg and carried unanimously.
