Pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, we are requesting Committee and Council ratification of the following administratively approved requests: a. The Starving Rooster for a special event permit on July 31, 2015 from 6:00pm to 12:30am at 1st Ave N and 1st St N. b. The Pour Farm for a special even permit on June 27, 2015 from 4:00pm to 1:00am at the Parker Center (21 1st Ave SE c. Pride Minot for a local permit to conduct a raffle from June 9, 2015 to June 30, 2015 d. Minot Optimist Club for a local permit to conduct a raffle from June 1, 2015 to August 15, 2015 at the Parker Senior Center (21 1st Ave SE) e. API Bakken Chapter to conduct a raffle on June 18, 2015 at Souris Valley Golf Course f. Minot Commission on Aging for a local permit to conduct a raffle and bingo from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 at the Parker Senior Center (21 1st Ave SE) g. The Capri Bar for a special event permit from June 13, 2015 9:00am to June 14, 2015 at 1:00am at the Capri Bar (2030 Burdick Expy E.) h. The Landing Bar and Bottleshop for a special event permit on June 18, 2015 from 5:30pm until 10:00pm at The Wellington (601 24th Ave SW) i. Cookies For You for a special event permit on June 12, 2015 from 5:00pm until 9:30pm on Main St b/w Central & 1st Ave j. Cookies For You for a special event permit on August 22, 2015 from 7:00pm until 1:00am on Main St, 1st Ave & 2nd Ave k. NCO Club for a local permit to conduct a raffle from July 1, 2015 until December 5, 2015 at the Armed Forces Reserve Center. l. Lighting the Way Relay for Life Team for a local permit to conduct a 50/50 raffle on June 19, 2015 at Minot State University. m.
