Historic Preservation Commission Field Trip

HPC Field Trip Minutes August 11, 2025 Call to order at 4:05 PM Attendees: Commissioners: Freeman, PC Collum, HPC Smith-Crivello, HPC Barlow, HPC Staff: Hill Schmidt Roveri Hill Called the meeting to order at 4:05pm. The HPC viewed the site and the subject accessory structures from both the Scott Street frontage and the Larkin Street frontage. The HPC viewed the area of the proposed deck expansion from both street frontages. Hill and Schmidt responded to HPC questions regarding the proposed expansion and design. The HPC reviewed the project plans with Planning staff. The Planning staff responded to questions regarding roofing material. The meeting was adjourned at 4:50pm.
