MINUTES PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION Field Trip #2 Thursday, August 25, 2016 5:00 PM COUNCIL CHAMBER, FEW MEMORIAL HALL OF RECORDS MONTEREY, CALIFORNIA Commissioners Present: Baldwin, McEwen, Panetta, Spangler Commissioners Absent: Carnazzo, McCarthy, Menendez-Herbst Staff Members Present: Community Services Director Bui-Burton, Recreation and Community Services Manager Vierra, Park Operations Manager Marcuzzo, Administrative Analyst Pagan, Recording Secretary Nash ROLL CALL FIELD TRIP 1. Tour of Park Facilities (Not a project under CEQA Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) The Parks and Recreation Commission and staff met at the Recreation Administration office at 546 Dutra Street and departed for a tour of the Archer Park, Hilltop Park Center, Monterey Bay Park, and the El Estero complex which included the Monterey Youth Center, Dennis the Menace Park, and the Monterey Dog Park.
