Central Vermont Public Safety Authority Montpelier City Hall Conference Room May 21, 2015 Meeting Minutes – Draft Directors present: Tom Golonka, representing Montpelier; Michael Smith, representing Barre City; Kim Cheney (arrived at 5:44, left at 6:10), Doug Hoyt and, Alexandra Pastor, at-large directors. Directors absent: Martin Prevost, representing Barre City and; Dona Bate, representing Montpelier. The Meeting was called to order by Tom at 5:04 The agenda was approved as presented on motion of Michael, seconded by Doug. Motion passed. A motion stating that premature public knowledge of the interviews of the final three Executive Director candidates would be harmful to the Authority was made by Michael, seconded by Alexandra. Motion passed. A motion to go into Executive Session for the purpose of interviewing the final three candidates for the Executive Director position was made by Doug, seconded by Alexandra. Motion passed. The Board went into Executive Session at 5:07pm. A motion to come out of Executive Session was made by Michael, seconded by Doug. Motion passed. The Board came out of Executive Session at 7:55pm. A motion to adjourn was made by Doug, seconded by Michael. Motion passed. The meeting adjourned at 8:02pm.
