Call to Order The meeting was called to order by the Chair at 6:30 PM. 2. Welcome and Introductions Chair Gilbertson welcomed attendees, introduced the Commission, and briefly spoke to the purpose of the meeting. 3. Overview of the CLG Project & Expected Accomplishments Staff provided an overview of the project, schedule, and expected accomplishments. 4. Presentation from Consultant LandWorks- The Value and Purpose of Design Review Chair Gilberston introduced the Commission’s consultant David Raphael of LandWorks. Mr. Raphael provided a presentation on the purpose and importance of design review districts. Commission member Duggan showed several slides of architectural details and buildings in Montpelier and asked attendees to guess what building was being shown. 5. Public participation and ‘Story Telling’ Attendees were invited to provide comments and stories of their experience with design review. Scott Muller, Bob McCullough, Kirby Keating, Ben Huffman, Susan Abdo, Lily  Fournier, Ben Cheney, Barbara Conrey, Sarah Hoffmier, Erin Aguayo, Les Blomward provided comments. 6. Discussion/ Questions and Answers & Next Steps Chair Gilbertson and staff provided a brief overview of next steps and asked attendees for their continued support and participation. 7. Adjournment- The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:30 PM.
