Consider a motion to hire Phillip Groff as a Part-time Police Officer at the current Part-time Police Officer pay rate with a start date determined by Chief Williams. 13. Public Works Committee a. Consider a motion to approve the Eagle Scout project as requested by Tristan Stark to construct a Ball Wall at Borough Park. b. Consider a motion to approve advertising Ordinance No. 5-19— Sidewalk Amendments to Chapter 232-59; 232-60; 232-60(A)(D); 232-61; 232-63; c, Consider a motion to approve the Arbor Rose Community Association Block Party request for October 19, 2019 from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm and close School Lane from Florin Avenue to Rose Petal Avenue. d.
