Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 1.1 acre tract of land located at 1145 Venning Road and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD office in Plat Book AV, Page 56. (Ord No. 20069) B. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend the Dunes West Park West PD, Planned Development District Ordinance (Ord. R-13-90, as amended), by removing an approximately 1.38 acre parcel identified by TMS No. 598-00-00-389 from TC, Town Center Land Use Designation, and instead designating it for PI, Public Institutional Land Uses on the official Dunes West Park West Zoning Map. (Ord. No. 20070) VIII. PLANNING A. NEW BUSINESS 1. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from AB, Areawide Business District, to AB-2, Areawide Business-2 District, an approximately 14.59 acre (according to Charleston County Tax records) tract of land comprised of eight parcels. Properties located off Highway 17 North across from Lowes at Oakland. (Ord. No. 20063) B. OLD BUSINESS 1. Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for a Sixth Amendment to Ordinance 11064, the Development Agreement by and between the Town of Mount Pleasant and CDM of Charleston, LLC (Carolina Park Development Agreement). (Ord. No. 20067) 2. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend the Carolina Park PD, Planned Development District Ordinance, (Ord. R-13-90, as amended) pertaining to Exhibit C, Carolina Park Land Use Table. Proposed amendment would allow Communication Towers as a Conditional Use in the Carolina Park-Active Park (CPAP) District.
