SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday, March 29, 2023, 12:00 p.m. Municipal Complex, Council Chambers 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 MINUTES 1. Call to Order Mayor Haynie called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. Brenda Corley, Laura Hyatt, Gary Santos, Jake Rambo, John Iacofano, Guang Ming Whitley and Carl Ritchie were all present. Howard Chapman joined the meeting during executive session at 12:05 p.m. 2. Public Comment [None] 3. Executive Session Ms. Whitley moved to go into executive session for the reasons stated on the agenda, seconded by Ms. Corley. All present voted in favor. The meeting was adjourned into executive session at 12:03 p.m. Personnel (1) Annual Performance Evaluation of Town Administrator (2) Annual Independent Contractor Attorney Review 4. Post Executive Session Council may take action on any item, including any subsection of any section, listed on an executive session agenda or discussed in an executive session during a properly noticed meeting. Mayor Haynie reconvened the meeting at 12:55 p.m. stating no votes or action had been taken. Ms. Corley moved to proceed with contract adjustments for the Town Attorney and Town Administrator as discussed in executive session, seconded by Mr. Rambo. All present voted in favor. 5.
