Present: Joseph Wren, Chair, Bruce Koedding, Brett Bennett, Michael McCormick,
Gary Davis, Don Campbell, Kathy Smith, Pam Ireland.
Absent: George Gates.
Staff: Jeff Ulma, David Pagliarini, Kent Prause, Michele Reed, Eric LaFontaine,
Liz Boyles, Lynnette Lynes
Mr. Wren called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm.
1. Approval of the Agenda
Ms. Smith moved for approval of the agenda. Mr. Bennett seconded the motion. All in
favor.
2. General Public Comment
There being no comments, Mr. Wren continued with the agenda.
3. New Business
1. Continued discussion of potential revisions to Zoning Code Sections 156.140,
156.141 and 156.142, pertaining to Nonconforming Lots, Structures and Uses.
Nonconformities Presentation
Ms. Reed reviewed the PowerPoint presentation with the Commission. The
Commission discussed the options as presented by staff during the presentation.
Ms. Smith moved to direct staff to continue working on an update of the non-
conforming regulations utilizing options #2, #3, #5, and #6 as presented by staff. Mr.
Wren seconded the motion. All in favor.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 3:42 pm.
