Mr. Rourk gives an update on what was discussed at the

through Council and bid solicitation.
Mr. Rourk clarifies that the wording in the Referendum states a

Mr. Rourk mentions that projects like Waterfront Park, that may
be coming in over budget may have to do with outdated quotes.
VI. Discussion and possible action regarding Recreation Capital
Improvement Projects updates on the Recreation webpage
Mr. Rourk said the Commissioners found that residents do not
seem to know what the Recreation department projects currently
are. Mr. Rourk asks for it to be considered to add links to the capital
improvement projects on the recreation website.
Ms. Enright agrees that there should be more information on
the website regarding schedules and field usage.
Mr. Rourk explains further about informing the public.
Mr. Ayoub asks about including a monthly report provided by
the recreation department on the website. Mr. Gergick explains the
current report created is vague and does not include information on
projects and schedules.
Mr. Gergick explains the types of projects and that capital
