Call to Order Called to order 1:01pm II. Approval of March 21, 2023 Minutes Mr. Dodds motioned to approve, and Ms. Enright seconded the motion; Unanimously passed. III. Public Comment No Public Comment IV. Overview of the CAPRA Accreditation process Mr. Gergick gave an overview of the CAPRA Accreditation process. Mr. Dodds asked whether accreditation helps in applying for grants. Mr. Gergick explained the benefits of accreditation. There is discussion regarding benefits in terms of effort for accreditation. There is discussion regarding benefits, outcomes, and processes that have come of accreditation.  Mr. Rourk expressed praise for accomplishing accreditation. Mr. Ayoub expressed the benefit accreditation brings of consistency as well as offers reassurance to the constituents of the town that policies and procedures are transparent. Mr. Gergick recognized Mr. Ayoubs dedication to helping in the original accreditation process. V. Update on Recreation Referendum and MPRD Capital and Maintenance Projects Mr. Gergick updated the Commission on Rifle Range Road, Memorial Waterfront Park, and Park West Pool projects. There is discussion about each project Ms. Cormack asked about a timeline for decisions on pool closures at Park West. Mr. Gergick there is not a definitive answer but there are several factors. Mr. Rourk asked if there was an update on the process for Mugsy-Kerr Tennis Center. There was a discussion about Mugsy- Kerr Tennis Center. Mr. Rourk asked about an update on Carolina Park. Mr. Gergick said phase 3 is on track to be completed on time. Mr. Gergick gave an update on what Phase 4 entails. There was discussion about the CCSD agreement. VI.
