MINUTES BOARD OF ETHICS APRIL 24, 2024 MAYOR’S CONFERENCE ROOM The mee ng was called to order at 6:36pm by Chairman Brewington. Members present: Chairman Brewington, Ed Byrnes, Rev. F. Romall Smalls, Beresford Granston, Leslie Alpert. Blair Hoplight was not present. The minutes of the execu ve session of the January 11, 2024 mee ng were approved. Mr. Byrnes made a change to the previously issued minutes due to a ques on from Mr. Granston posed in the January 11, 2024 mee ng. A mo on was made. All in favor. Minutes from the February 28, 2024 mee ng were approved. A mo on was made. All in favor. A mo on was made to go into execu ve session. A mo on was made. All in favor. Execu ve session was called to order at 6:40pm. EXECUTIVE SESSION All matters during this session were con dential in nature, and, therefore, they have been redacted in order to allow this version of the minutes to be available to the public. The execu ve session ended at 7:56pm with a mo on. All in favor. The next mee ng is scheduled for May 22, 2024 at 6:30pm in the Mayor’s Conference Room.
