HB1406 – Kayla Schott-Bresler presented HB1406 which encourages investments in affordable and supportive housing. 2. Facility Update – Removed from the Agenda 3. SmartGov Transition Update – Removed from the Agenda 4. Reclassification Discussion – Human Resources Director Keator gave an overview of two proposed reclassifications; changing the Assistant Public Works Director position to Capital Programs Manager and the Human Resources Generalist to Human Resources Analyst. 5. Property Disposition and Public Benefit Agreement (New Item) – Planning Manager Lowell provided background information on the above agreement outlining the specifics of the agreement and the recent changes. 6.
