Public Works and Library Committee Minutes November 13 2024 Police Court Campus, 1805 Continental Place Councilmember Molenaar called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present Mayor Donovan Councilmembers: Beaton, Brocksmith, Carias, Hudson, Molenaar, Tercero Staff: Finance Director Volesky, City Attorney Rogerson, Projects Manager Sexton, Library Director Huffman, Development Services Director Pratschner, City Clerk Jensen, IT Director Thomas, Fire Chief Brice, Assistant Fire Chief Harris, Public Works Director Phillips, and Police Chief Christman Citizens: 6 1. Approval of October 9, 2024 minutes Councilmember Brocksmith moved to approve the October 9, 2024, committee minutes. Motion seconded by Councilmember Hudson. Motion passed 6-0. 2. 2025 Budget Discussion  Mr. Volesky reviewed the remaining timeline and recent adjustments to the preliminary budget at the request of Council at previous discussions.  Ms. Pratschner reviewed and discussed with Council and Mayor Donovan, the proposed Development Services fee schedule updates. 3. Agenda Requests  DS committee – project updates: Waugh Condominiums and project Public Works and Library Committee November 13, 2024 Page 2 of 2 on 18th and Division 4.
