CALL TO ORDER President Showalter called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE President Showalter led the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Boardmember Clark, Boardmember Inks, Boardmember Kasperzak, Boardmember McAlister, Boardmember Siegel, Vice President Rosenberg, and President Showalter 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC ON NONAGENDIZED ITEMS Chris Cahill submitted a petition with over 500 signatures in opposition to every other week trash collection services. Mr. Cahill also responded to Council's questions. 5. STUDY SESSION 5.1 North Bayshore Precise Plan - Public Draft Principal Planner Alkire presented an oral staff report and he, Community Development Director Tsuda and Nelson Nygaard Principal and Director of Strategy Jeffrey Tumlin, responded to the Board's questions.
