President Showalter called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

3.1 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Other Related Reports for the Fiscal Year
Ended June 30, 2016.
Finance and Administrative Services Director Kong and Macias, Gini & O'Connell Assurance and
Government Advisory Services Partner David Bullock presented oral reports and they, and
Community Manager Rich, responded to the Board's questions.

The motion carried by the following vote:

4.1 Accepting City of Mountain View Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Various
Other Related Reports.
Accept, acknowledge, and file the following financial and independent auditor’s reports pertaining
to Fiscal Year 2015-16:
• City of Mountain View Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s
Report
• Single Audit Report
• Article XIII-B Appropriations Limit
• Pedestrian/Bicycle Facilities Grant
• Report to the City Council-Required Communications
These reports are not attached as they were distributed to the City Council with the Study Session
report prior to this item on the agenda tonight. They are available for public review in the City
Clerk’s Office, the Library, and on the Council Agenda page of the City’s website at:

5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC ON NONAGENDIZED ITEMS
Don Letcher expressed concerns with the encroachment of Google into Shoreline Park.
