Merry Yen, Chair Jamil Shaikh, and Vice Chair Mike Kasperzak.

3. APPROVE MINUTES
The minutes for the April 2nd, 2024, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies posted
on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these
minutes.

6.1 Downtown Development Updates- May 2024

Planning Division staff will provide an update on downtown development projects.
6.2 Castro Street Update
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 Mountain View Mediators Program
Staff will provide an overview of the program and resources that may be helpful to the business community.
7.2 Downtown Crime Stats
Police Department Staff will provide an overview of the crime stats report that will be shared monthly with the
Committee moving forward.
7.3 Downtown Parking Maintenance Assessment District No.2 - Annual Renewal

Staff will provide an overview of the annual renewal.
7.4 Downtown Committee Workplan - Fiscal Year 2024-25

As required by City Council Policy A-23, the Committee will prepare an annual work plan that will be submitted
to Council for review and approval in fall 2024. Staff seeks input to develop a work plan for Fiscal Year
2024-25. Staff will bring back the work plan from the discussion and input today for adoption at the next
Downtown Committee meeting.
8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
