APPROVE MINUTES The minutes for the April 2nd, 2024, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these minutes. UPCOMING AGENDA TOPICS This portion of the agenda is reserved for identification of agenda items for future meetings. 5. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Mountain View Mediators Program Staff will provide an overview of the program and resources that may be helpful to the business community. 7.2 Downtown Crime Stats Police Department Staff will provide an overview of the crime stats report that will be shared monthly with the Committee moving forward. 7.3 Downtown Parking Maintenance Assessment District No.2 - Annual Renewal Attachments: Downtown Parking Maintenance Assessment District No. 2—Annual Renewal Att 1 - Downtown Parking Map Staff will provide an overview of the annual renewal. 7.4 Downtown Committee Workplan - Fiscal Year 2024-25 Attachments: Downtown Committee Work Plan—Fiscal Year 2024-25 Att 1- 24-25 Draft Workplan Att 2- 23-24 Workplan As required by City Council Policy A-23, the Committee will prepare an annual work plan that will be submitted to Council for review and approval in fall 2024. Staff seeks input to develop a work plan for Fiscal Year 2024-25. Staff will bring back the work plan from the discussion and input today for adoption at the next Downtown Committee meeting. 8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time. 9.
