State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. STUDY SESSION 5.1 580 AND 620 CLYDE AVENUE. Recommendation: Request for a Rezoning from ML (Limited Industrial) to P (Planned Community) District to construct a new 5-story, 178,477 sq. ft. office building and 3-story parking structure and Heritage Tree Removal to remove up to 39 heritage trees on a 5.15 acre site, replacing two existing industrial buildings that total 75,000 sq. ft. This property is located on the west side of Clyde Avenue (at the bend) between Maude Avenue and Clyde Court in the ML (Limited Industrial) District. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 CONFLICT OF INTEREST BRIEFING. Recommendation: The City Attorney's Office will present a brief overview of conflict of interest regulations. No action will be taken on this item. 6.2 EPC AND BPAC LIASION. Recommendation: The EPC will discuss communication between the EPC and BPAC, including a potential EPC/BPAC liaison role. No action will be taken on this item. 7. COMMISSION/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Commission at this time. 8.
