CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Minutes Approval Recommendation: To approve the minutes of September 7, 2017. Attachments: Minutes.pdf Minutes for the September 7, 2017 meeting have been delivered to Commissioners and a copy posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these minutes. 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Community Roundtable (CRT) Subcommittee Update Recommendation: The CRT Subcommittee will present an oral update on a topic and potential date for a November 2017 CRT event. Action may be taken on this item. 5.2 LGBTQI Subcommittee Update Recommendation: The LGBTQI Subcommittee will provide an update on the status of co-hosting a LGBTQI listening session with the County of Santa Clara in early 2018. Action may be taken on this item. 5.3 FY 2017-18 Work Plan Review Recommendation: The Commission will review the adopted work plan for FY 2017-18, the meeting tentative agenda calendar, and discuss HRC activities for the rest of the fiscal year.
