NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Recommendations for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Capital Project Funding Requests and Consideration of FY 2018-19 Annual Action Plan Amendment Recommendation: The HRC will hold a public hearing to hear presentations from agencies seeking FY 2019-20 CDBG and HOME Capital Project funds, make funding recommendations for City Council consideration, and consider an FY 2018-19 Annual Action Plan Amendment.
