NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Sylvan Park Trellis Replacement Concept Plan, Project 21-47 Recommendation: Recommend the replacement of the existing wood trellis and wisteria around the Sylvan Park amphitheater with a new trellis and new wisteria, as shown in the Sylvan Park Trellis Replacement concept plans.
