NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Rengstorff Park Maintenance and Tennis Building Replacement, Project 21-48-Tree Mitigation Recommendation: Review the proposed Heritage tree mitigation for Rengstorff Park Maintenance and Tennis Building Replacement, Project 21-48, and forward a recommendation to the City Council to approve the mitigation of four Heritage trees at a 2:1 tree replacement ratio, with the planting of eight 24” box trees within Rengstorff Park near Rengstorff Avenue.
