3. MINUTES APPROVAL
Minutes for the February 14, 2017 meeting have been delivered to Committee members and
copies posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion
is in order to approve these minutes.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on
any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the
Commission from acting on non-agenda items.
5. UPCOMING AGENDA TOPICS
1. Executive MBA Program to assist with public art stratey to provide pro bono services.
2. Visual Arts Committee Budget Overview
3. Ways to fund the Visual Arts Committee and present to Council.
4. Social Lobby Hall site Artist clarification.

6.1 PRESENTATION BY LC STUDIO TUTTO
LC Studio Tutto will present to the Committee and updated design proposal for the
Community Center remodel.
6.2 PRESENTATION BY OFFICER ARMANDO ESPITIA
Officer Espitia will discuss graffitt and gang related images.
6.2 SELECT SIDEWALK STUDIO ARTISTS
8. COMMISSION/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE
REPORTS
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Commission at this time.
9. ADJOURNMENT
Adjourn to the Meeting of Wednesday, April 11, 2018, in the Atrium Conference Room, First
Floor, City Hall, 500 Castro Street.

First Floor; the Friday afternoon before each meeting at 4:30 p.m. or soon thereafter; or online at
