MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES DECEMBER 8, 2009 1. Mayor Robert Mezzo called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: RESIDENTS: One T. K. Rossi H. Kuczenski R. Burns R. Neth PRESS: None A. Campbell P. Scully M. Ciacciarella R. Woodfield M. V. Fragoso DEPARTMENT HEADS: OTHERS: J. Stewart, Public Works Director J. Clisham, HRD Director J. Deschesnes, Human Resources Director A. Butler, VNA Director 2. Mayor Mezzo led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Neth to recess to Executive Session at 7:01 p.m. for discussion on the following: Personnel (Street Superintendent) inviting in J. Stewart, Public Works Director and J. Deschesnes, HR Director. Mayor Mezzo reconvened the meeting at 7:26 p.m. 4. No motions emanating from Executive Session. 5. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Neth that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses set the salary of the Supervisor of Clinical Services at the VNA at $52,000. as recommended by Jeannette Deschesnes, Director of Human Resources. 6. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Neth that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses recommend to the Joint Boards the HRD transfer request of $20,350. 7. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Neth to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m. A tape recording of this meeting is available in the office of the Borough Clerk for further review.
