SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES
MARCH 8, 2010
1. Mayor Robert Mezzo called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following
in attendance:

DEPARTMENT HEADS: OTHERS:
J. Deschesnes, Human Resource Director W. O’Connell, CIRMA
S. Hunt, Police Sergeant
D. Morrissey, Attorney
2. Mayor Mezzo led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by
Burgess Scully that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses recess to
Retirement Board at 6:01p.m.
Mayor Mezzo reconvened the meeting at 6:21 p.m.
4. Motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Campbell that the Board of
Mayor and Burgesses accept the stipulated agreements dated March 3, 2010 between
Thomas and Diane Hunt and the Borough of Naugatuck subject to the approval of the
stipulated agreements by the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission.

5. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by
Burgess Scully to adjourn the meeting at 6:23 p.m.

further review.
