MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES DECEMBER 14, 2011 1. Deputy Mayor Rossi called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the absence of Mayor Robert A. Mezzo with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: RESIDENTS: T. K. Rossi L. Jackson None M. Bronko R. Neth R. Burns R. San Angelo PRESS: M. Ciacciarella, absent P. Scully, Sr. L. Weschler C. Ernsky, arrived 6:15 p.m. DEPARTMENT HEADS: OTHERS: None Attorney E. Fitzpatrick 2. Deputy Mayor Rossi led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Neth and seconded by Burgess Scully that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses hire the architectural firm Kaestle Boos Associates Inc. as the architectural firm for the High School Renovation Project. C. Ernsky was not present for the vote. 4. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess San Angelo and seconded by Burgess Jackson that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses authorize the Mayor to execute all contracts and related documents pertaining to the Motorola UHF Conventional Voice Communications System a.k.a. Borough of Naugatuck Police Department Dispatch System. Said contracts are subject to approval by the Borough’s attorney. 5. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Scully and seconded by Burgess Bronko to adjourn the special meeting at 6:30 p.m. A digital recording of this meeting is available in the office of the Borough Clerk for further review. Motion by Burgess that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses authorize the Mayor to execute all contracts and related documents pertaining to the Motorola UHF Conventional Voice Communications System a.k.a. Borough of Naugatuck Police Department Dispatch System. Said contracts are subject to approval by the Borough’s attorney. 5. Motion by Burgess to adjourn the meeting at p.m. cc: W. McAllister/File
