REVISED AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES JULY 20, 2015 1. Mayor Robert A. Mezzo will call the special meeting to order at p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. Motion by Burgess that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses reconsider previous authorization motion to enter into an agreement for the sale of the Naugatuck Train Station. 4. Discussion/possible action to hear the Nasufi’s proposal to purchase the Naugatuck Train Station. 5. Motion by Burgess to recess to Executive Session at p.m. for discussion on the following: Real Estate Negotiations (Naugatuck Train Station) inviting in __________________________________. Mayor Mezzo will reconvene the meeting at p.m. 6. Discussion/possible action on matters emanating from Executive Session. 7. Motion by Burgess that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses authorize Mayor Mezzo to appoint the following members of the Five Year Capitol Committee as the Building Committee for the Hillside School Roof Replacement Project: Cindy Herb Kevin Knowles 161 Park Avenue 157 Park Avenue Raymond Lennon, Jr. Robert Neth 39 Partridgetown Road 30 City Brook Road Wayne McAllister 35 Park Avenue 8. Motion by Burgess that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses approve the use of surplus funds in the Five Year Capital Project Account to fund the payment of $841,675 for the Hillside School Roof Replacement.
